Beverly Hills Residence

Client: Private

Location: Los Angeles, California

Completed: N/A

Size: 7250 SF

Role: Middleweight Architect

March & White was entrusted to do a series of home renovations for a repeat high-profile couple both across the US and abroad. I was responsible for leading the US team on developing all architectural elements from schematic design through construction.

The extent of the Beverly Hills Residence was outfitting a multi-leveled home with 4 guest bedrooms, a swimming pool, 2 terraces, several living spaces and a wine cellar.

Because of its location in Hollywood, the clients selected this home for entertaining guests, which led to the addition of unique programming, including a Screening Room, a Smoking Lounge, and both an indoor and outdoor bar. Lacquered Macassar wood, bronze trims, paneled walls, in addition to antiqued mirror, dark leathers, and soft cashmeres were used to evoke the glamour of Old Hollywood.
