Peachy is a modern introduction of Botox as a preventative treatment in one’s skincare routine.

With 3 locations under their belt and each location with a stand-alone design, The Lawrence Group New York team was tasked with uniting the architectural language of the injectables company, Peachy Botox. With the desire to begin a regional roll-out, Peachy looked to TLG to concept and produce a Prototype Design Package to be used as the guidebook and model for their future locations.

 

The Prototype started with a deep dive into understanding what the clients wanted for the future of their brand, how their internal operations worked, and what their current customer journey looked like.

After collecting the relevant data, we began to synthesize our findings by defining the necessary program and relevant adjacencies, in addition to identifying what made Peachy a frontrunner in the industry, namely their implementation of technology, education, and treatment transparency.

SPATIAL JOURNIES & POINTS OF ENGAGEMENT

 
 

The final prototype is designed a Core & Ring concept that results in a linear client journey that highlights the unique program distinguishers of the brand, namely a Photography Booth, the Treatment Room, and the post-treatment Refresh Rooms.

 

Clients arrive in an open concept space that encompasses the Concierge, Photography Booth, and Lounge. The space is distinguished by solid walls that delineate the space, various “objects in space,” and a palette of white oak wood blended with accents of the Peachy brand colors.

PUBLIC CONCOURSE & PHOTOGRAPHY BOOTH

 
 

The client is guided from the Public Concourse down a one-way corridor to the heart of the Peachy brand: the Treatment Rooms. The rooms are meticulously designed, with details that promote client ease and provider efficiency.

 

The client ends their treatment by enjoying the Refresh Lounge, an area where they can relax before leaving the Peachy Experience, with the option to engage in another retail component before check-out.

Following the completion of the Prototype Design, the clients went straight into a test location in New York City. This location served as a Proof of Concept for the initial design, as well as a testing ground for post evaluation.

 

Working with the brand’s Marketing Team and Nurse Practitioners, we were able to translate Peachy’s services into distinct programmatic elements with a definitive architectural language that focuses on elevating the customer experience to one of ease, luxury, and trust.
